There are two working smokehouses in Fishtown. The small smokehouse is used for chubs and jerky. The newer, large smokehouse is used to smoke whitefish, salmon and trout.

We will also smoke your salmon caught on charter boat excursions, and in the off season, we keep the smokers busy with our many orders of Thanksgiving turkey.
